“TPAM in Yokohama 2015”: Open application now being accepted for the registration for the ”TPAM Showcase”
TPAM, the international platform for meeting professionals in the performing arts field, has announced that its next annual market, TPAM in Yokohama 2015, will be held from February 7 to 15, 2015. It has also been announced that the focus of the program this time will be getting to know Asian performing arts by providing opportunities to see Asian works and meet for exchanges with the artists.
Currently, applications are being accepted from artists to register for participation in the “TPAM Showcase.” The TPAM Showcase is an open-application fringe program enabling artists to their activities during TPAM week through performances, workshops and studio showings. The program is open to groups that have held performances at least once in the Tokyo-Yokohama area. Form this coming TPAM, a new service introducing possible performance venues to participants is being provided, and among the venues are unique spaces in and around Yokohama and Tokyo, such as Sakura WORKS, nitehi works, blanClass and more (venue selections constantly updated).
